Funny how Quirk only puts their 5 star reviews on their site. This place is awful, they don’t care about customer service and pray on uneducated buyers. Reached out for a couple quotes on some vehicles, they were the highest by far. Was texting back and forth with Jacob about one vehicle in particular and he just stopped responding. My husband wanted a slightly used 4-door Jeep Sahara. In addition there were several options and features that were important to him that the Jeep comes with and it had to be a 2018 or younger. Be very careful negotiating a lease with quirk, they are ‘unethical’ at best but likely unlawful Eric was condescending at best and had no knowledge of the transaction.
Left the house today not expecting to make a deal and we did just that....Arrived at the dealership late afternoon looked at a few options on our own and soon introduced to sales consultant Gary Keith. Knowledgeable on the Jeep product would be an understatement. He provided us all our options on both the vehicle and financing and before we knew it, we walked out a more than satisfied Jeep customer. No hassle at all. Great experience.

My experience at Quirk Chrysler Jeep has been a nightmare. I leased a 2018 Jeep Compass and picked the car up on 10/12/18. Less than 2 hours and 40 miles later, the car had a serious mechanical failure which caused it to abruptly stop in traffic with no warning. Fortunately no one was killed. Overall a great experience from the service manager to the technician. And everyone in between. Facility was very clean, they had me in my loaner car within minutes after I dropped off my vehicle. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I went in with a serious electrical problem and expected a costly repair. As it turned out, it was a bad auxiliary ground. The total cost for the diagnostics and repair, was $180. I was happy with the price and pleased with the entire experience.
1. Two ads Cherokee & Wrangler are based on only the stock listed, which they DONT have. So you'll go in for the ad it will be a Bait & Switch to a vehicle $5000 higher (They did that to us both). 2. My wife and I ended up with a less then decent deal on a lease for a new vehicle at Quirk but it was the color she wanted so they took advantage of that, and it came with some major headaches. You can find better, for sure.
The entire negotiating process made us feel like we were swimming in a tank of sharks. They will completely run you over and take everything in your wallet if you're not careful.

This was the worst vehicle buying experience. They are so disorganized at the dealership that they took me for a test drive and didn’t even ask if I had a drivers license. My new vehicle did not have an owners manual, the did not fill up my def tank as agreed in the purchase agreement, and the inside of my new truck had grease pencil marks all over it. Terrible place. Easy to get a lease. But once your lease is done ... if you try to return your end of lease they won't accept your vehicle back with out you getting another lease from them. And force you to go to another dealer miles away to return the vechile.
Had my truck serviced here. They were prompt and respectful. They took care of my requests called me with other issues and repaired all recalls. No longer pleased with this vehicle I recently purchased from Quirk. It was a ok buy $2k over market but the color I wanted, not even 2 months in and I'm about to pay $2,100 on a new sub frame that I was completely unaware was cracked rusted recently got bad enough to not be able to safely drive. The wife and I had a horrible experience, just getting a price over the phone was dreadful. Then finding out that price was a lie. 4 hours of sitting there to later be told the vehicle was sold. The sales people were just not caring, the GM made it even worse tried to blame it on my wife for not wanting a different vehicle.

Went in to lease a Jeep Wrangler and Alex Vega made the process quick and easy. He was very patient and friendly with our 6yo, too. Walking away with a car and feeling good about it requires some work (do your research), but Alex helped us make that happen.
What a joke I thought this era of shady dealerships was over unfortunately the Quirk enterprise is still scamming customers and treating them inhumanly. I bought a Jeep Wranger here 4 years ago the vehicle has caused me many problems. I was happy when the GM Eric Ao sent my wife an email claiming we will get 120% value for our trade. I went there he gave me half what the KBB value is, didn't budge. Brought me in on false pretense.
My daughter was on the phone with this dealer for weeks they promised her she would get the lease ad without qualifying for anything. The deal was even sent by email. We came in and they denied it all. My daughter had been lied too. No one helped us, I've sent my complained to their too bosses and no response for weeks.
The salesperson was not trained. Dave Campbell and Eric Ao were very disrespectful, none of my questions were answered. The environment was shady many customers arguing with the sales desk seemed like they wanted their money back. I was not given the price I was promised. Never will go back again.
Easiest car buying experience. Salesman was great to work with from the beginning to the end and and made the whole process as seamless as he could make it.

I got an email for an Eric Ao saying I'll get 120% value for my trade, I got a babysitter, left home drove 72 miles got there and he didn't even give me 50% of my trade. Wouldn't negotiate either. Left me there like a fool while he was laughing. Dirty tactics.
This dealership ruined our lives financially. My wife went there 2 times to get only $1000 off the MSRP. She bought it, turns out this vehicle was a buyback/faulty engine they showed her a FAKE AUTOCHECK!! Now we're stuck between lawyers.

Quirk sold me a 2017 Jeep Renegade, which apparently can have a manufacturer defect that makes it very difficult to fill up at a gas station - a defect that doesn't meet the standards of the lemon laws. The guys in the shop all know about this. Quirk has no qualms selling these bum cars, and the guys at the shop have no trouble letting you know that you're screwed. I made an appointment to test drive a hybrid minivan, making it clear that this was the only car I was interested in. They called me at least 15 times to set up and confirm the appointment, including the day of. Got there (a 45 minute drive each way) and they don't have any, said they are really hard to come by, just sold the last one yesterday. Bunch of liars. I will never waste my time at this place again.

Do NOT purchase your jeep from this dealership. Back in 2010 Jeep realeased a 60 Day drive and try Guarantee, This dealership will NOT honor this if you experience buyers remorse even after only 2 weeks. I suggest if your in the market for a Jeep you take your business elsewhere.

Went there for an issue without an appointment. It was right before Christmas and they were busy. Got me in. Fixed it and was on my way. The manager, I think his name is Mike explained what the issue was and how they fixed it. I didn't even by the vehicle there. Great job service. I will be back. Happy New Year.

I went to Quirk a couple weeks ago looking for a Cherokee. I sat down with David Torres and we went over my options. He was very easy to deal with, down to earth and helpful. Ordered brand new from the factory. Very easy ordering process, was kept up to date on progress of the jeep during its infancy in the factory. Great communication and personable service. Received a great amount of knowledge during the included overview of the vehicle and all it's components. Extremely pleased overall!
