Northeast Conquest Lease to Retail/Lease NECB1E

Program Description

This program offers current lessees of competitive vehicles (non Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram product) a Cash
Allowance to be applied toward the Purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or Lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle to
residents of the states and counties listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.
Dealer must verify customer currently leases a competitive brand vehicle (non Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram product)
and retain verification in the deal jacket.
Vehicles sold or leased to a registered fleet customer (Type Sales 2, 3 and 5) are eligible for this program, in lieu of
Fleet incentives. NOTE: excludes orders for a Fleet Volume Incentive Program (VIP) customer and orders for Special
Government Bid customers. Refer to Fleet published Program Rules for further details.
This program is NOT compatible with any Returning Lessee Program.
This program is NOT compatible with any Lease Loyalty or Owner Loyalty program


Customer Eligibility

The customer must have leased their competitive brand vehicle for at least 30 days prior to delivery of the new vehicle
to be eligible to participate in this program.
If the vehicle has been turned-in already it must have been within the last 30 days in order to qualify for this program.
Customers are not required to turn-in their competitive brand vehicle to be eligible for participation.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the Primary User on a Lease Contract and named on
the Title and/or Owner's Registration (if applicable). The primary user/lessee is determined by who is listed first on the
lease contract, who must also be the primary driver, and whose address must be on the registration. Proof of insurance
in the name of the lease customer is required.
The Chrysler Brand vehicle must be registered in the name of the eligible purchaser or lessee or their immediate family
member living in the same household and should be consistent with registration information of the competitive brand
vehicle.




2011 Returning Lessee Loyalty Cash 38CB7

Program Description

This program offers eligible consumers a bonus cash allowance applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or
lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle.
Vehicles sold or leased to a registered fleet customer (Type Sales 2, 3 and 5) are eligible for this program, in lieu of
Fleet incentives. NOTE: excludes orders for a Fleet Volume Incentive Program (VIP) customer and orders for Special
Government Bid customers. Refer to Fleet published Program Rules for further details.
Eligible models must be delivered by the program period end date. There is no sold order protection for this program.
Dealer submitting claims for 38CB7 must enter the last 8 of the qualifying VIN in the Validation Field of the Incentive
Claim Entry Screen.
Dealer must verify customer eligibility and retain verification in the deal jacket.
Employee Lease Custodians are now eligible for this program. Proof of company car registration or Employee Lease
Custodian Bonus coupon must be retained in the deal jacket.


Customer Eligibility

Customers currently leasing or returning from a current Chrysler Group lease which expires between November 1, 2009
and January 3, 2013; and enter into a new purchase or lease of an eligible model are eligible to participate. No lease
turn-in or trade-in is required to be eligible for this offer.
If the vehicle has been turned-in already it must have been within the last 60 days in order to qualify for this program.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the Primary User on a Lease Contract and named on
the Title and/or Owner's Registration (if applicable). The primary user/lessee is determined by who is listed first on the
lease contract, who must also be the primary driver, and whose address must be on the registration. Proof of insurance
in the name of the lease customer is required.
The vehicle being used to qualify for this returning lessee program must have been registered in the name of the
qualifying lessee for a minimum of 30 days prior to the new lease or purchase.
The vehicle lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an
immediate family member living in the same household

PROGRAM TYPE:

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorable discharge and 20 years of service required), and retired military reserve (honorable discharge and 20 years of service required). Honorably discharged veterans are eligible within 6 months of discharge date.
